All your detailed travel information (arrival, departure, hotel room, field trip participation, etc), are to be provided to the organizers by filling in the Final confirmation form.Each participant is requested to arrange his/her own air ticket so as to arrive either in Djerba-Zarzis airport or Tozeur-Nefta airport (late arrivals). Please note that the domestic flights (Tunis-Djerba or Tunis-Tozeur) are served by Seven Air Company. You can book your flights from your country (Seven Air counter www.SevenAir.com.tn ; Tunis Air counter www.TunisAir.com.tn or other travel agencies) otherwise the workshop secretariat can do it for you upon request. It costs around 100 US$ (one way). In addition, you can also fly directly either to Djerba or Tozeur from many European airports.You will be transferred from Djerba-Zarzis or Tozeur-Nefta international airports to the hotels. A shuttle service will be provided based on the flight information to be received. In addition, the organizers will provide also suitable transport for the field trips.

Visa requirements

All workshop participants are requested to enquire about visa regulations for Tunisia and to obtain a visa in case this is a requirement for the country of origin of the workshop participant. Upon request, an invitation letter will be faxed and/or emailed.
