Posters can be set up starting from November 13th, 2008 and should be removed by the end of the conference. All poster presentations will be on display during this time. Additionally, there will be a special session (to be indicated in the final program) dedicated for ‘Review of poster presentations’ where authors of posters will be able to discuss their work with delegates of the conference in an informal setting.

White panel display boards will be available for your use. Their dimensions are

For mounting, the presenters will be assisted by the organizers.

For publication in the proceedings, authors are requested to submit short papers with a maximum of 4 pages following the same instructions as for full papers.
